Refund Policy (UPDATED: July 25, 2020)

  • If a student wants to leave a class or academy for any reason at any time during the month, he/she should inform us via email [email protected] or text the Live Chat icon a few days earlier than the date of leaving and the full classes that have not been given will be refunded to the student.
  • Students can increase or decrease (upgrade or downgrade ) the study plan classes by emailing the admin earlier before the next month starts otherwise the current study plan will be canceled without refund.
  • The student can plan to take a holiday or to be on leave so If the student decides to discontinue/stop the classes (due to any reason) must inform the admin in advance and the fee will be refunded.
  • Itqan ElQuran Academy reserves the right to cease the classes if the student remains absent for more than 15 days without prior notice and no refund will be provided.
